in text you state “Pantone® 7405 is also suggested as an alternate color for the gold.” should there be a “C” at the end?
In table you state “RAL 2007” only the # FFCC00 looks approximately correct on my un-calibrated monitor. Pantone is too gray and RAL is clearly too orange.

I came to see what tone of blue is on the Uzbekistan flag because on the ‘web in general’ it is all over the blue-green-teal range.
